According to the consumption of the solution and the amount of zinc oxide, the concentration of the solution is calculated.

Storage: put it in a glass stopper bottle to avoid contact with rubber stopper and rubber tube.

2. Zinc titration solution (0.05 mol/L)

Preparation: Take 15g zinc sulfate (equivalent to about 3.3g zinc), add 100ml dilute hydrochloric acid and appropriate amount of water to dissolve into 1000ml, and shake well.

Calibration: accurately measure 25ml of this solution, add 1 drop 0.025% methyl red ethanol solution, drop ammonia test solution until the solution turns yellowish, add 25ml of water, ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer solution (ph 10.0) and a small amount of chrome black T indicator, and titrate the solution (0.05mol/l) with disodium EDTA. According to the consumption of EDTA disodium titration solution, the concentration of the solution is calculated.

Place the sample in a platinum crucible, add 2g potassium carbonate and mix well at 900℃. C ignite for 30 minutes, cool, move the residue to a 100ml volumetric flask, add a mixture of 20ml water and 30ml hydrochloric acid, heat in a water bath until the solution is clear, cool, dilute to scale with water, shake well, accurately add 50ml EDTA disodium titration solution (0.05 mol/L), stand for 5 minutes, and add 65438+ methyl red indicator solution. Add 5g urotropine, dissolve it, add 1ml 0. 1% xylenol orange solution, and titrate with zinc titration solution (0.05mol/l) until the solution turns from orange to yellow, and finally to orange-red. Calculate the dosage of EDTA disodium titration solution (0.05mol/l) and the content of titanium dioxide.
