In addition to discarding the high-level electric valve, it is unnecessary for the high-level electric valve with water level of +300 to send out a high alarm of +400 to deceive itself. In fact, this is unnecessary, and the valve is always open without electric device or manual valve. +440 is also a dual-purpose electric door, which has the same primary function and is very wasteful. There are also two automatic pressure regulating devices in the pressure equalizing box, one at the inlet and the other at the outlet. It is very unreasonable that the sealing water of feed water pump is provided by demineralized water pump. For example, this month, the softened water pump tripped, because there was no sealed water, the feed pump could not maintain water supply, the site was completely dark, the boiler stopped, and the water level alarm was very dangerous. It was repaired in time, but the safe and stable operation of a factory should have little to do with luck.
It is suggested that the high-level fuel tank of the feed water pump be changed into a motor device, and the feed water pump will have an accident chain, because once the pump is stopped, the high-level fuel tank can not reach the oil circulation, and it is basically dead oil, so it is difficult to play a good cooling role.
The electric main valve of steam turbine should be changed to a position that is beneficial to operation, so as to realize dial operation.
