All kinds of seals of Extended Information Company must be kept by special personnel.
1. The official seal of the company and the special official seal shall be kept by the special person in the office, and the official seal of each department shall be kept by the special person appointed by each department. The list of people who keep the official seal shall be submitted to the office for filing.
2. The official seal shall be recorded, indicating the official seal name, issuing department, number of pieces, receiving date, opening date, receiver, custodian, approver, drawings and other information.
3. Employees are strictly forbidden to take the official seal out of the company for use without permission. If it is really necessary to take out the official seal for use due to work needs, an application report shall be submitted, which shall be approved by the head of the department, the deputy general manager of the company and the director of the office for confirmation. When the official seal is out, the borrower can only use the official seal for the purpose of application, and take full responsibility for the consequences of using the official seal.
4. When the custodian of the official seal leaves his post for some reason, he shall be temporarily entrusted by the person designated by the department head, so as not to delay the work.
