In order to meet the social requirements for training high-quality and high-level compound film and television animation talents, sichuan fine arts institute Film and Television Animation Institute took "actual combat instead of experiment" as the experimental teaching concept, and began to introduce enterprise resources into the school in 2005 to build an experimental teaching platform. It has attracted more than 33 million yuan from enterprises such as Chongqing Radio and Television Group and Chongqing Wen Zi Company, and established five large bases and a number of small and medium-sized project teams, including Shimei Animation Experimental Teaching Base, Chongqing Animation Industry Talent Training Base and Animation Reading Creation Base. Introduce enterprise funds, high-end technical equipment and backbone, and build a high-level experimental teaching platform; Introduce projects into teaching and realize project-based courses. The college introduced the R&D project of "Shimei Animation Base", relevant academic institutions and enterprises into teaching. According to the requirements of the syllabus, the project content is decomposed into the corresponding course teaching links, and students of different grades and different course stages undertake the project tasks that match their own knowledge and ability. Thus, teachers' teaching, students' learning and ability training are unified in the project research and development task, and the project-based curriculum is realized and the teaching content is enriched. Introduce the production process into the course and realize the practical experiment. The experimental teaching content is divided into product development, role design, action design, video editing, dubbing recording, animation synthesis and other links according to the animation production process, and students of different grades are arranged in the corresponding practical links according to the animation production process, so that the experimental teaching has entered a complete animation realization system. Through practical training, we can stimulate students' interest in learning and improve their practice and innovation ability. Introduce industry management mechanism and standards into teaching management to realize the productization of works. With reference to the enterprise project management mechanism, industry technical specifications and quality standards are introduced, and students' works are developed and produced in strict accordance with industry standards, so it is easy to push to the market. In the past three years, the experimental teaching of animation major has produced 3000 minutes of animation works every year, ranking first among similar universities in China, and has been broadcast on more than 40 TV stations one after another, realizing the large-scale transformation of students' works; A new practical teaching system has been established. In colleges and universities all over the country, from the platform, content, management to evaluation standards, a comprehensive and systematic practical experimental teaching model has been created. The establishment of the new experimental teaching system has strongly promoted the reform of talent training mode and professional construction. In 2007, the animation major of our college was approved by the Ministry of Education as "the first batch of characteristic specialty construction sites in national colleges and universities" and "the national experimental area of talent training mode innovation", and was determined as "the national animation industry base" by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. In 2009, our college was awarded "Animation Experiment and Project Course, Practical Experiment and Product".
