Brief introduction of Henan Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd.

Henan Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Henan Communications Group") is a large-scale wholly state-owned company established by the Henan Provincial People's Government as the investor. It was formally established on June 28th, 2009. It has nine secondary units, including Henan Expressway Development Co., Ltd., Henan Zhongyuan Expressway Co., Ltd., Henan Highway Port Authority Group Co., Ltd., Henan Expressway Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Hunan Yue Chang Expressway Development Co., Ltd., Henan Expressway Industrial Development Co., Ltd., Henan Highway Supervision Consulting Co., Ltd., Henan Yingdi Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Yuan Bing Investment Holding Co., Ltd., with nearly 30,000 employees, mainly engaged in the construction of transportation infrastructure and transportation services such as roads, waterways and aviation. As the investor of Henan Communications Group, Henan Provincial People's Government entrusts the Provincial Department of Transportation to be responsible for industry management, business guidance and personnel management, and entrusts the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission to be responsible for asset supervision. The annual loss exceeded/kloc-0.9 billion yuan, and Henan Jiaotou Group became the largest loss-making household among Henan state-owned enterprises.
