In order to expand market share and make full use of resources, Qingdao Hyde Road and Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in August 2004 by natural persons such as Qingdao Construction Engineering Group Real Estate Co., Ltd. and China Railway Third Engineering Group Second Engineering Co., Ltd. on the basis of the former Qingdao Construction Engineering Group Road and Bridge Branch.
