What are the four major airlines?

1. China International Airlines Co., Ltd. China International Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Air China") was formally established in Beijing on 1988. It is the only civil airline flying the national flag in China. The logo of China International Airlines consists of an artistic phoenix, China International Airlines inscribed by Deng Xiaoping, the chief architect of China's reform and opening up, and China International Airlines in English.

2. China Southern Airlines Co., Ltd.: China Southern Airlines (hereinafter referred to as China Southern Airlines), headquartered in Guangzhou, was established on March 25th, 1995. Blue vertical tail with red kapok as the company logo is the airline with the largest number of transport planes, the most developed route network and the largest annual passenger traffic in China.

3. China Eastern Airlines Co., Ltd.: China Eastern Airlines Co., Ltd. is a state-owned holding airline headquartered in Shanghai, China. On the basis of the former China Eastern Airlines Group, China Northwest Airlines was merged with China Yunnan Airlines.

4. Hainan Airlines Hainan Airlines Holdings Co., Ltd.: Established in 1993, Hainan Airlines is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic airlines in China, and is committed to providing all-round seamless aviation services to passengers. HNA is one of the four major airlines in China, with a young and luxurious fleet of Boeing 787, Boeing 767, Boeing 737 series and Airbus A330 series. It is suitable for passenger and cargo flights, creating high-quality first class and spacious and comfortable new business class with independent space for passengers.
