The leadership positions, ranks and grades of civil servants are the basis for determining the salaries and other benefits of civil servants.
Article 22 The state shall, according to the working characteristics of the people's police, fire rescue personnel, civil servants such as customs and diplomatic agencies abroad, set ranks corresponding to their leadership positions and ranks.
