(5) Other information required by the electricity regulatory agency. Article 6 An enterprise engaged in power transmission business shall submit the following materials:
(1) Power grid structure, distribution and capacity of installed generator sets in the power grid;
(two) the signing and performance of the contract for the purchase and sale of electricity;
(three) the implementation of the transmission price;
(four) the composition of the transmission cost and its changes;
(five) the situation of safe production of electric power;
(6) Other information required by the electricity regulatory agency. Article 7 An enterprise engaged in power supply business shall submit the following materials:
(a) provision of electricity services;
(two) the situation of providing universal services to the electric power society;
(3) Implementing the distribution electricity price and the sales electricity price;
(four) the composition of the power supply cost and its changes;
(five) the situation of safe production of electric power;
(6) Other information required by the electricity regulatory agency. Article 8 A power dispatching trading institution shall submit the following materials:
(a) the basic situation of power system operation;
(two) the implementation of power market operation rules, power dispatching rules and power grid operation rules;
(3) Trans-regional or trans-provincial transmission and power transactions;
(four) the signing and performance of the grid-connected dispatching agreement;
(five) the situation of safe production of electric power;
(6) Other information required by the electricity regulatory agency. Chapter III Submission Procedures Article 9 Power enterprises and provincial power dispatching institutions within the jurisdiction of the Urban Supervision Office of the Regional Supervision Bureau of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Urban Electricity Regulatory Office) submit information to the Urban Electricity Regulatory Office. The SERC shall report the summary to the regional supervision bureau of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the regional SERC).
Electric power enterprises in provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and provincial electric power dispatching institutions that have not established the Municipal Electric Power Supervision Office shall submit information directly to the local electric power supervision sub-bureau. Article 10 Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd., regional power grid companies affiliated to State Grid Corporation and regional power dispatching and trading institutions shall submit information to the regional electricity regulatory commission. Article 11 The SERC shall summarize the information within its jurisdiction and report to the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC). Article 12 Central electric power enterprises and state electric power dispatching institutions shall submit information to SERC. Thirteenth electric power enterprises and electric power dispatching and trading institutions shall designate institutions and personnel to be responsible for the information submission and report to the electric power regulatory agency for the record. Article 14 Information submitted by electric power enterprises and electric power dispatching and trading institutions shall be examined and signed by the person in charge of the unit, and important information shall be signed and signed by the principal person in charge. Chapter IV Submission Methods Article 15 The power regulatory agency shall determine the specific submission form and time limit according to the contents of information submitted by power enterprises and power dispatching and trading institutions. Article 16 Electric power enterprises and electric power dispatching and trading institutions shall submit information by letter, telegram, telex, fax, electronic data exchange and e-mail in accordance with regulations. Article 17 When submitting information, electric power enterprises and electric power dispatching and trading institutions shall fill in statements, submit statements or provide relevant information in accordance with regulations. Article 18 The information submitted by electric power enterprises and electric power dispatching and trading institutions shall meet the following requirements:
(a) the daily newspaper should be published before the next day 12;
(two) the weekly report or the ten-day report will be published on the second day of next week or late;
(three) the monthly report should be submitted before the 8th of the following month;
(4) The quarterly report shall be submitted before the next quarter 12;
(5) The annual report shall be submitted before 1.20 of the next year;
(6) The annual report shall be submitted before March 20th of the following year.
Electric power enterprises and electric power dispatching and trading institutions shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of SERC, access the information system related to supervision to the electric power supervision information system and submit relevant real-time information.
The time limit for submission of electric power safety production information and enterprise financial information, if otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations and rules, shall prevail. Article 19 Electric power regulatory agencies shall, according to the needs of performing their regulatory duties, require electric power enterprises and electric power dispatching and trading institutions to submit relevant information immediately, and electric power enterprises and electric power dispatching and trading institutions shall submit it as required.
