According to Baidu Encyclopedia, Hungry was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 8, 20 18, becoming the first local take-out platform in China listed in Hong Kong. This move also marks the successful completion of the merger with Alibaba Group and becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alibaba.
