Third, before June this year, the commercial insurance premium rate has not been reformed. The minimum discount for direct sales channels can only be 30%, and the minimum discount for telephone sales channels can be 9.5%. After the reform in June this year, the preferential treatment of telephone sales was cancelled, but the telephone sales channels still exist.
