Brief introduction of Inner Mongolia Yitai Zhundong Railway Co., Ltd.

Inner Mongolia Zhundong Railway Co., Ltd. was established in 1998 10. It is a joint-stock enterprise initiated and controlled by Inner Mongolia Yitai Group Co., Ltd. and jointly established with China Railway Construction and Development Center of the Ministry of Railways and Inner Mongolia Venture Group Company. In July 2004, Yitai Coal Co., Ltd. acquired Zhundong shares of China Railway Construction and Development Center of the Ministry of Railways, and the company was renamed as Inner Mongolia Yitai Zhundong Railway Co., Ltd. At present, the registered capital of the company is 930 million yuan, of which Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal Co., Ltd. holds 96% and Inner Mongolia Ruyi Industrial Co., Ltd. holds 4%. The company has total assets of 2.43 billion and 740 employees.
