Does Western Union Express only allow China citizens?

Treatment process

1. Fill in the money order, fill in the form provided to you, and show your partner your ID card or other documents issued by the government. Direct remittance service-Singaporean customers can remit money to China bank card account-the remitter needs to fill in a direct remittance slip at the joint venture outlet in western Singapore and provide the necessary information of the remitter, including the remitter's name, telephone number and bank card account information (including bank name and bank card number).

2. Pay the remittance fee and give the remittance amount to the partner together with the necessary service fee.

3. Sign the receipt. After you confirm that all the information on the receipt is correct, you need to sign the receipt. One of the printed contents of the receipt is your money transfer control number (MTCN). You can use MTCN online to track the remittance status.

4. Inform the payee, get in touch with your payee and tell him/her some necessary information, such as the name of the remitter, the remittance amount, money transfer control number (MTCN) and the remittance country/region. Direct remittance service-Singaporean customers can remit money to China bank card account. If it is the first time for you to use the service of direct remittance to China bank card account, please note that the remitter should call the China Service 800 hotline between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. China time.

5. Note: Some countries do not provide remittance service, and customers can only receive remittance. This is the network data as of February 3, 20091day. Based on the fees of the applicable telephone service provider (if any). The remitter who uses the direct account remittance service for the first time needs to call the China service hotline to verify the remitter information (such as remitter's name, money transfer control number and remittance country) and remitter information (such as remitter's name, telephone number and bank account information). The first direct remittance transaction usually takes 24-72 hours to reach the payee's bank account, but it is limited by the payee's service hotline in China, the bank's business hours, and the time for the bank and local festivals to confirm the necessary information. The remitter's name and bank card account information provided by the remitter must be completely consistent with the remitter's information recorded by the receiving bank. If the information provided is inconsistent, or the bank information or bank card number provided by the sender is incomplete or illegible, the remittance will not reach the bank card account. In this case, Western Union will refund the remittance amount to the remitter, but there is still a remittance fee to be charged.

6. If the payee is asked to verify the necessary information, but fails to verify the information before 4:00 pm. On the third working day of China time (counting from the date of spontaneous remittance), remittance will be rejected. Direct remittance service is used to remit money to different bank card accounts (including different card accounts of the same bank). The payee needs to call the China service hotline to verify the necessary information of different bank card accounts. Western Union or the partner will not inform the remitter and the payee that the remittance has reached the designated bank card account. If the remittance is sent abroad, in addition to the handling fee, Western Union will also benefit from the exchange difference when the local currency is converted into foreign currency.
