What is the full name of Shanghai-Kunming Railway Company?

Chang-Kun Railway is the project name of the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway from Changsha to Kunming, because the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway was built first, then the Hangzhou-Kunming section, and finally the Chang-Kun section, and this section first opened to Guiyang and finally Guiyang went to Kunming. The official name of Shanghai-Kunming Railway refers to the general-speed railway line consisting of Shanghai-Hangzhou, Zhejiang-Jiangxi, Hunan-Guizhou and Guizhou-Kunming. There is no such name as Changkun on the general-speed railway.
