What kind of enterprise is tnk?

TNK is the third largest oil company in Russia.

Tumin Oilfield owned by TNK Company is a group of oilfields in the middle reaches of ob river Basin in the northeast of Tyumen, Russian West Siberian Basin. In fact, it is an oil region, the second largest super oil-bearing region in the world after the Middle East, and the third largest oil field in Russia. The prospective oil reserves of the whole oilfield are 40 billion tons and the recoverable reserves are 5 billion tons. Megion oil field was first discovered in this oil area in 196 1 year.

Ming Oilfield belongs to the central structural area of West Siberia Basin, and the sedimentary caprocks are Jurassic, Bletilla and Upper and Lower Tertiary. The total deposition thickness is 4000 ~ 6000 meters. The local structure is mainly a large bending uplift, such as Surgut. The uplift of the substrate surface can reach 600 meters. The dip angle of the structural wing is several degrees, and it becomes slow upward, indicating that the basement controls the deposition and structure. This area mainly contains oil, and the main pay zone is the middle and lower sandstone of Lower Baili Series (including Fanlanyin, Gottriff and Baleem stages). In addition, there are the first Sainorman stage of Apu (the upper part of Lower Baiog series and the bottom of Upper Bai Kui series) and Jurassic sandstone. Interbedded with mudstone or interbedded with mudstone. Porosity and permeability are good, and the average connected porosity is 20 ~ 25. Besides oil, condensate reservoirs (Fedoroff, Valillegan and others) have been found in some oilfields in this area, mainly located in the upper part of Nyoukem series and the lower part of Apu. In addition, there are Apu First Sainuoman gas reservoir and Qiyi oil reservoir in Samotero Oilfield and Varille Gan Oilfield. The buried depth of the reservoir is about 2000 meters. This oilfield has the characteristics of multiple oil layers and multiple oil-water interfaces. Most reservoirs are structural traps and lithologic-structural traps. The reservoir space is dominated by pores, and there are fractured reservoirs in Jurassic. The source rocks are mainly sea-coast lagoon mudstones of the Lower Baikui Series, and the Middle-Upper Jurassic also has oil generation capacity.

Tyumen Oilfield is the main oil-producing area in West Siberia Basin. During the 1960s and 1980s, the output continued to increase, reaching a peak in 1989, with an annual output of about 400 million tons. Since then, due to the economic downturn and chaotic management, the output has declined. Due to technical reasons, the current annual output of Tyumen Oilfield is only 6.5438+0.8 million tons. At present, Russia needs to introduce foreign capital and technology. Previously, due to various reasons, China's state-owned oil companies never set foot in Russian oil industry, especially Russian crude oil exploitation industry.

Now TNK is actually a joint venture with BP, and its full name is TNK-BP, which is TNK-BP.
