1. laser: there are two kinds of laser welding: CO2 gas laser and YAG solid laser. The most important performance of laser is output power and beam quality. CO2 laser wavelength has a good absorption rate for nonmetallic materials, while YAG laser wavelength has a high absorption rate for metals, which is very beneficial to metal welding.
2. Beam focusing system: The laser beam focusing system is a laser and optical processing part, which usually consists of several lenses. There are many forms of beam focusing system: parabolic mirror system, plane mirror system and spherical mirror system.
3. Beam transmission system: The beam transmission system is used to transmit and output laser sources, including beam expansion, beam manipulation, beam energy distribution, mirror transmission and optical fiber transmission.
4. Protective gas and nozzle structure: Laser welding and arc welding need inert gas protection to prevent oxidation and air pollution. Laser welding needs gas protection. In the process of laser welding, these gases are output to the laser radiation area through special nozzles to achieve the protection effect.
5. Fixture: The laser welding fixture is mainly used to fix the workpiece to be welded, and it can be repeatedly loaded, unloaded and positioned, which is beneficial to automatic laser welding. Therefore, fixture is one of the indispensable equipment in laser welding production.
6. Observation system: Generally, laser welding machines need to be equipped with an observation system, which can make real-time microscopic observation of the workpiece, facilitate accurate positioning when compiling welding procedures, and check the welding effect during welding. Generally equipped with CCD display system or microscope.
7. Cooling system: The cooling system provides cooling function for the laser generator, and is generally equipped with 1-5 horsepower water circulation cooler (mainly used for Fiona Fang laser welding machine).
8. Cabinet and industrial computer
In addition to the above accessories, the laser welding machine also includes modules, columns, vibrating mirrors, field mirrors, four-volt drivers, plates, welding torque or cutting, work tables, various power switches and control devices, air and water sources, operation panels, numerical control devices, etc.
