The completion and commissioning of the first and second phases of Liede Sewage Treatment Plant marks a new step for Guangzhou's sewage treatment industry. After the completion of the third phase of the project, the daily processing capacity will reach 640,000 tons. There are four sewage lifting pumping stations outside Liede Sewage Treatment Plant, namely Donghaoyong, Xihaoyong, Tianhe South Road and He Lin East Road, among which Donghaoyong Pumping Station is also responsible for flood control and drainage in the central city. The main structures in the plant include: lifting pump house, grit chamber, biological reaction tank, secondary sedimentation tank, concentration tank, dewatering machine room and contact tank. After the sewage is transported from the off-site pumping station to the factory, it passes through the thick and thin grid of the lifting pump house in the factory to remove the larger suspended solids and floating objects in the sewage; Then it is lifted by centrifugal submersible pump to the elevated canal box in the factory area and flows into the grit chamber; The sewage after desanding treatment enters the first and second biological reaction tanks for treatment, and then reaches the standard after secondary precipitation and disinfection.
The total installed capacity of system equipment in the whole plant is 3 100KW. The factory central control room is designed with "DOS" distributed measurement and control system, and the operation and management of production and technology are realized through 12 field measurement and control workstation set in the industrial computer terminal network. The sludge treatment process adopts raw sludge direct dehydration. Since the operation of the factory, efforts have been made to establish a scientific management system, and a trinity of "ISO900 1 quality management system, ISO 1400 1 environmental management system, OHSAS 1800 1 occupational health and safety management system" has been established to ensure that all items are At the same time, we pay attention to scientific and technological innovation, independently research and develop equipment management software and remote communication system for pumping stations, and carry out a series of technological transformations, among which the application of capping deodorization technology is at the forefront of domestic sewage treatment plants.
The fourth phase of Liede Sewage Treatment Plant started in September 2009 and was put into operation in June 20 10. The designed daily sewage treatment capacity is 560,000 tons, and the improved A2/o process (pre-anoxic/anaerobic/anoxic/aerobic) is adopted. In the other four phases, high-efficiency sedimentation tanks will be built, which can handle the combined rainwater in rainy season, and the designed daily sewage treatment capacity will reach 560,000 tons. Together with the original primary, secondary and tertiary treatment capacity, Liede Sewage Treatment Plant will have a daily treatment capacity of 6.5438+0.2 million tons, and will become the "boss" of Guangzhou Sewage Treatment Plant. After the upgrade and expansion, Liede Sewage Treatment Plant will greatly increase its appetite, and its overall pollution acceptance scope will cover most of the central city north of the Pearl River front channel, including Xihaoyong, the self-drainage system along the river, Donghaoyong, Ersha Island and some areas in Tianhe District, with a service area of 65,438 0.433 square kilometers and a service population of about 2.26 million.
According to the person in charge of the project department of Liede Phase IV Project, unlike other sewage treatment plants, Liede Phase IV adopts the internationally advanced rotary filter as the advanced treatment process according to the influent quality and discharge standards, that is, before the sewage is collected into the lifting pump house of the sewage treatment plant through the urban sewage pipe network, it is lifted into the outlet canal, fine grid, aerated grit chamber, biochemical tank and secondary sedimentation tank of the pump house, and finally the effluent from the rotary filter and ultraviolet disinfection tank is greatly improved. In addition, another highlight of the project is the use of high-efficiency precipitation as the first rainwater treatment process. When the rainy season comes, a large amount of rain and sewage combined water with relatively few impurities can be treated by aerated grit chamber and then enter the high-efficiency sedimentation tank for separate treatment. This technology not only improves the treatment efficiency, but also saves the treatment cost. In dry season, high-efficiency sedimentation tank can be used for advanced treatment of some biochemical effluent from Liede Phase II Project, killing two birds with one stone. According to reports, the daily processing capacity of the initial rainwater sedimentation tank will reach 660,000 tons, ranking first among similar projects in China.
