Responsibilities of the Ministry of Land and Resources
(a) to implement the laws, regulations, guidelines and policies of the state on land, mineral resources and surveying and mapping management, and to formulate relevant local regulations and rules; Drafting normative documents on land, mineral resources and surveying and mapping management, and studying and formulating policies for the management, protection and rational utilization of land and mineral resources. Control the total amount of construction land, land supply structure, total amount of mining rights and mineral resources supply structure, organize market analysis of land and resources elements, study and formulate industry and regional land supply policies and mining rights setting policies.
