Adjustment of General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of China Datang Corporation
On May 23, 2022, China Datang Group Co., Ltd. held a leadership (expansion) meeting. Entrusted by the leadership of the Central Organization Department, the main responsible comrades of the relevant cadre bureau of the Central Organization Department announced the central government's decision on the post of general manager of China Datang Group Co., Ltd.: Comrade Liu Mingsheng was appointed as the director, general manager and deputy secretary of the party group of China Datang Group Co., Ltd., and was relieved of his post as deputy general manager and member of the party group of the State Power Investment Group Co., Ltd.; Comrade Kou Wei was removed from the posts of director, general manager and deputy secretary of the Party Group of China Datang Corporation. The appointment and removal of relevant posts shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws and the Articles of Association.
