A good leader of a good enterprise should have a qualitative and quantitative view on the workload. Employees are not robots, we call them human resources. How to allocate resources? Instead of treating you to dinner, occasionally the leader invites you to dinner, and then says that you will be given a bonus at the end of the year in exchange for overtime pay. Many enterprises assign a lot of work, which causes employees to work overtime. Employees feel that it is their own efficiency. So I choose to work overtime unconditionally. Enterprises do not give feedback or training to employees' work efficiency every month or week, and employees have self-doubt in their work. This enterprise can't pass the internal training. There must be a work report every month until the workload and progress of employees are within a certain range. Or is this enterprise not going to figure out the workload and efficiency at all? Think for yourself.
It is ok to work overtime occasionally, but the body should also be responsible for itself. Some enterprises hold meetings for 5 or 6 hours every day, which makes it unreasonable for employees to work overtime after work. Don't feel that you are different, healthy and have parents. You must be healthy to move on. Don't be numb to think that overtime can make money. Overtime will give me a promotion and salary increase, and I can live in a different way after a few years of struggle. It is ok to struggle, please see clearly what the struggle is for. Fighting for yourself and your family is to create with time and energy, not to exchange with life.
In fact, three things are precious: time, life and feelings. They can't get back what they lost. If you are talking about the exchange of money and status (job), you can't get it back.
