What happened to the waiter at Pizza Hut?

Today, I went to Pizza Hut next to Parkson in the East Fourth Ring Road. I just walked into the restaurant and felt unhappy. None of the waiters I saw laughed, and even a few people frowned.

My husband and I ordered food at least twice before a girl dressed as a head waiter came to order for us. Obviously, what they said was memorized by training, but when they said it from their mouths, they didn't feel any pleasure, and even felt that they might as well not say it.

After ordering, the meal will be quick. In an instant, three waiters came to serve, one for drinks, one for soup and one for steak. Actually, we didn't order steak. I looked at the steak waiter in surprise and said, I don't think we ordered this? He looked at the menu, glanced at the two waiters around him, chattered as if no one had told him what it meant, then took the steak and gave it a girlish twist when he left. Drinks and soup are also served upside down. I have seen their a la carte menu. In fact, there is a clear division of seats, that is to say, it is very clear who ordered what, but our a la carte menu was not filled in as required.

The waiter walked past the restaurant in a hurry, and my husband said it was particularly difficult to recruit waiters now. Obviously, he also felt the unpleasant atmosphere among the waiters in this restaurant. Even if the work is not in place, you can continue to do it.

I can feel that their division of labor is not clear from the guest's point of view. For example, five people can stand in front of the menu input machine at the same time and wait for the menu input. For example, we can find that the cups and plates prepared in their clean drawers are actually not enough. Some people opened the drawer and found that there was nothing to look for, so they frowned and went into the kitchen. For example, the window can have at least six waiters waiting to pick up food at the same time. At this time, the head waiter actually acted as a supplement to take the spoon.

When we finished eating, I told my husband that when we asked them to pay the bill, he said, don't worry, look, they don't have time to pay the bill at all.

I went to the bathroom after dinner and was completely disappointed. I've never seen the bathroom in a pizza parlor so dirty that my feet can't get in and no one cleans it. Even the toilet in Chengdu snack bar next to my home is not as good as it is.

When I went out, I saw many people waiting for seats at the door, but when I came out of the restaurant, I clearly saw that there were still seats in the restaurant.

This reminds me of the Yunnan restaurant vanilla downstairs in our company.

In fact, every time I go to a restaurant in Yunnan, even if I feel unhappy, I can feel better when I walk into the restaurant, because we see a heartfelt smile on the waiter's face.

We can see that they have a clear division of labor and tacit cooperation, and they are very friendly. At least their mutual accusations are not revealed in front of the guests. Every time I go, I am a little embarrassed by their warm service.

I remember a friend told me that it seems that the bosses of Haidilao or Vanilla treat their waiters and feel at home. Rent them three rooms, six people, with computers, internet cables and telephones in the rooms, arrange tours every year, and the salary is not low. That friend once asked them if their waiters would like to go to other restaurants with higher salaries. I didn't expect the waiters' answers to be negative, because they felt that this place now made them very happy and satisfied. You know, the flow of waiters in the catering industry is very large. In such a big environment, it should be very gratifying for the boss of this enterprise to get such an answer from the waiter.
