Ping An Customer Service is responsible for providing users with professional insurance knowledge consultation and services according to customer requirements, recommending insurance types and related wealth management products, and formulating insurance plans. Responsible for receiving professional insurance business counseling and lectures on a regular basis, and responsible for the follow-up customer service of insured customers.
