Han Cai Expressway Construction-Conditions

Topography and geomorphology

The route passes through the hilly area of Jianghan Plain in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, and the geomorphic units mostly belong to Quaternary lake plain, alternating with ridges, denudation residual hills and denudation accumulation.

K0-K8 section belongs to I and II terraces and depressions crisscrossed by rivers in front of the post, mostly fish ponds and paddy fields;

K8-K3 1 section belongs to ridge landform, with rivers and depressions alternating;

K3 1 to the end, belonging to the front and back plain landform.

Meteorology and hydrology

The survey area belongs to subtropical continental monsoon climate. Four distinct seasons, sufficient sunshine, sufficient light and heat, rain and heat in the same season; Leng Xia is hot in winter and has a long frost-free period. The project area can be divided into East Lake water system and West Lake water system. The water level of the East Lake system is controlled by the East Lake Pumping Station, and the once-in-a-century water level is 21.16m; 300-year return period water level: 21.47m; ; The water level of the West Lake system is controlled by the West Lake Pumping Station. The once-in-a-century water level of the West Lake system is 23.05m, and the once-in-a-century water level is 23.28 m;

√ Bad Geology The bad geology of this project is mainly manifested in:

Soft soil, karst and expansive soil. The deep soft soil is about 1 1.854 km long, accounting for 34% of the line length. The main treatment methods are bridge crossing and soft foundation treatment. Karst and expansive soil have little influence on engineering construction. At present, Wuhan to Caidian mainly passes through Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, National Highway 3 18 and Old Hansha Highway, with a journey of about 1 hour. After the completion, Wuhan citizens can reach Caidian in half an hour.
