1. Full quantification landfill leachate treatment process
According to the new requirements of our country, landfill leachate must be completely quantified and discharged up to the standard. The combined process of physicochemical (pretreatment)+biochemical (including anaerobic and aerobic)+physicochemical (advanced treatment) is adopted: SN coupled oxidation+biochemical treatment+advanced treatment; Can effectively reduce the processing cost. The process can degrade heavy metals and toxic and harmful organic substances, improve biodegradability and biochemical efficiency, and directly treat landfill leachate to meet the discharge standards. Advantages: degradation of pollutants, efficient operation of biochemical system, stable effluent reaching the standard; The management difficulty is small, the dosage of chemicals is small, the sludge output is small, and the system operation is simple; Strong impact load, efficient and stable process and biochemical system, stable effluent quality, equipment life exceeding 10 years, and most importantly, low cost, and no concentrated solution.
2. Reverse osmosis membrane treatment process.
In the engineering examples of treating landfill leachate by membrane technology in China, the membrane device used in RO process is mainly reverse osmosis system, and most of them use two-stage RO, and the water recovery rate is generally 70%~80%. Most of the concentrated solution is treated by reinjection, evaporation and off-site treatment. When choosing the reverse osmosis process, it is necessary to choose the appropriate pretreatment process, which is the premise to ensure the normal operation of the reverse osmosis system. At present, the main pretreatment process is biochemical method.
3.DT membrane treatment process.
Landfill leachate enters the regulating tank through gravity flow to regulate the quality and quantity of leachate. Pumped into nanofiltration system and coil reverse osmosis system for advanced treatment to ensure that the effluent reaches the discharge standard. The treated sewage is stored in the sewage pool, and then pumped to the reuse point or discharged up to the standard. The residual sludge generated by leachate treatment enters a sludge concentration tank, after sludge concentration, the supernatant is refluxed to an adjustment tank, and the concentrated sludge is dehydrated by a dehydrator and sent to a garbage storage pit; The concentrated reverse osmosis solution from the dish tube flows back to the garbage storage pit. The sewage pump is lifted to the pH adjusting tank for pH adjustment, and the leachate after pH adjustment enters the sand filter and bucket filter through the lifting pump to remove the larger suspended particles in the leachate.
