The group mainly produces various specifications of POY, FDY and DTY polyester filaments and polyester chips, and owns Zhejiang famous brand products such as Feng Ming. On the basis of strengthening brand building, relying on Tongxiang Chemical Fiber Development Research Center, a provincial enterprise technology center, the Group actively develops new chemical fiber products with high added value and high performance. In recent years, we have successfully developed various high-tech products, which are deeply loved by customers.
In order to provide high-quality fibers, the group introduced advanced automatic spinning production equipment at home and abroad, including 4 sets of melt devices with an annual output of 200,000 tons from Conde Company of the United States, which adopted DuPont technology, and the latter spinning devices were imported from TMT Company of Japan and Bamag Company of Germany, and the whole set of devices reached the advanced level in the contemporary world. In addition, the group also has a chip spinning production line with an annual output of more than 6.5438+0.5 million tons. The main equipment is provided by Toray Japan and Beijing Zhongli Chemical Machinery Company.
The Group passed the ISO9002 quality system certification on 1999, the ISO 9001:2000 version upgrade certification in 2002, and passed the re-inspection over the years. In 2007, the Group successfully passed the ISO 1400 1 environmental management system, standardized good behavior system and measurement and testing system.
