When will Dachang-Wuxi Expressway start?

March 30, 2020. The groundbreaking ceremony of Wuxi-Dachang section of Wuliang Expressway was held in Longxi Town, Wushan County on March 30th, 2020. Wuliang Expressway belongs to the 33rd ring of the three-ring and eighteen-shot multi-ring road formed by Chongqing Expressway Network Planning (20 19-2035), and it is also one of the projects in Chongqing Expressway Construction Three-year Action Work Plan. The Wuxi-Dachang section of Wuliang Expressway starts from Wuxi-Mo Dou hub of Zhenping Expressway in Shaanxi, passes Ninghe Street in Wuxi County, Chengxiang Town, Huatai Township, Longxi Town and futian town in Wushan County, and connects with Wushan-Dachang section of Wuliang Expressway under construction. The total length of the route is about 32.477 kilometers and the total investment is about 6.42 billion yuan. The design speed of the whole line is 80 kilometers per hour, and the standard of two-way four-lane expressway is established. The width of subgrade is 25.5m, and the bridge-tunnel ratio is 83.5%.
