General Rules for Infrastructure Management of State Grid Corporation of China
Article 1 In order to further promote the "two transformations" of State Grid Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), speed up the construction of a "one strong and three excellent" modern company, and standardize infrastructure management, these General Rules are formulated in accordance with the relevant national laws and the Articles of Association of State Grid Corporation, combined with the actual infrastructure management of the company.
