What rights does the legal representative enjoy?
1. The legal representative of an enterprise shall exercise power and perform obligations within the scope of functions and powers stipulated by national laws, regulations and the articles of association of the enterprise, participate in civil activities on behalf of the enterprise as a legal person, be fully responsible for the production and operation management of the enterprise, and accept the supervision of all members of the enterprise and relevant authorities;
2. The legal representative of the enterprise may entrust others to perform their duties;
The legal representative of the enterprise shall entrust others to perform their duties. The duties that must be performed by the legal representative according to laws and regulations shall not be entrusted to others;
4. The legal representative of an enterprise shall not concurrently be the legal representative of another enterprise as a legal person. Due to special needs, it can only be carried out in subordinate relations or joint ventures, investments and shares, and it is strictly examined by the competent department of the enterprise or the registration authority;
5. The legal representative of an enterprise as a legal person is the signatory who exercises power on behalf of the enterprise.

Companies engaged in business activities must abide by laws, administrative regulations, social ethics and business ethics, be honest and trustworthy, accept the supervision of the government and the public, and assume social responsibilities.
The legitimate rights and interests of the company are protected by law and shall not be infringed.
Article 13
The legal representative of the company shall be the chairman, executive director or manager in accordance with the articles of association, and shall be registered according to law. Where the legal representative of the company changes, it shall go through the registration of change.
