Mr. Rudolf Meyer, born in June 2006, 1957, German nationality, doctor. He used to be the President of Commercial Vehicle Division of Bosch Diesel Injection System in Germany, the President of Bosch Diesel System in China, the Vice Chairman of Bosch Automotive and Diesel, and the Director of the 5th and 6th Board of Directors of the Company. He is currently the executive vice president of German Bosch diesel system technology research and development and the vice chairman of the seventh board of directors of Wuxi Fu Wei Hi-Tech Group Co., Ltd.
