Xuchang Far East Transmission Shaft Co., Ltd. (formerly Xuchang Automobile Transmission Shaft General Factory) was founded in 1954. It is the first manufacturing base of special automobile transmission shaft assembly established by the Automobile Bureau of the Ministry of Machinery in 1969+0. In 2004, it was reorganized into a private enterprise.

At present, the main project has been completed and officially moved and put into production on June 16, 2007.
