When will the Songzhai shantytown in Luohe Demonstration Zone start?

April 7, 2023. The renovation project of Songzhai shanty town and Wang Miao shanty town in the urban-rural integration demonstration zone of Luohe City, the construction unit is Luohe Rong Tai Real Estate Co., Ltd., and the construction contents mainly include the main buildings such as newly-built resettlement houses, commercial houses, underground storage rooms and equipment rooms in the first and second phases, and the construction started on April 7, 2023. The renovation project of Songzhai shantytown covers an area of about 16920 1m2, with a total construction area of about 389302m2, of which 339692m2 is above ground and 496 10m2 is underground.
