Bagang belongs to Toutunhe District, Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Bagang refers to Baosteel Group Xinjiang Bayi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., formerly known as "Xinjiang Bayi Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.", which was established in September of 195 1. Originally, it was a state-owned backbone enterprise and a large taxpayer in the autonomous region, which made important contributions to the economic and social development of the autonomous region.
