After the revision, you have to go to the industrial and commercial bureau for the record. Where the change of the registered items of the company involves the change of the registered items of the branch company, it shall apply for the change registration of the branch company within 30 days from the date of the change registration of the company. If the amendment to the articles of association does not involve registered items, the company shall submit the revised articles of association or amendments to the articles of association to the original company registration authority for the record.

Where the company's change of registration matters involves the revision of the articles of association, it shall submit the revised articles of association or amendments to the articles of association signed by the company's legal representative.
