Is Xiamen Zongheng Group a state-owned enterprise?

Xiamen Zongheng Group is not a state-owned enterprise. Xiamen Zongheng Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1996 1. It used to be a diversified enterprise of Xiamen Post Office and Xiamen Branch of Fujian Telecom Company, and then it was transformed into a joint-stock private enterprise with the approval of Xiamen Economic Restructuring Commission. So it is not a state-owned enterprise now.
