What is the relationship between Baowu and Baosteel?

According to official website information of China Baosteel Group, in 20 19, baoshan iron & steel and WISCO announced that Baosteel Group was renamed as China Baowu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. and WISCO Group became a subsidiary of China Baowu Iron and Steel Group after being studied by the State Council SASAC and reported to the State Council for approval.
