What is the company registration process in Bangladesh?

1. The customer confirms the company, shareholders, registered address and other related information;

2. The customer pays and signs relevant agreement documents;

3. Name pre-approval;

4. Formulate the articles of association and memorandum of the company;

5. Open a frozen account in Bangladesh and pay part of the registered capital;

6. Register a company and obtain a business license and relevant certificates;

7. Unfreeze the registered capital and open the company basic account;

8. Apply for tax registration certificate and tax registration.
