Every year, through the demonstration project of enterprise intelligent technological transformation (including digital workshop/smart factory) recognized by our city, a subsidy of no more than 6 million yuan will be given according to 25% of the investment in intelligent equipment and software.
For small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises operating in small and micro enterprise parks, if the amount of newly purchased production equipment is more than 500,000 yuan, a one-time subsidy will be given according to 15% of the actual equipment purchase amount, with a maximum of 300,000 yuan.
Legal basis: Article 6 of the Measures for the Administration of Special Funds for Industrial Transformation and Upgrading comprehensively adopts investment subsidies (including post-subsidies), awards instead of subsidies and other support methods. Support the project construction in the form of investment subsidies, and the special funds are free subsidies, which can be used for project investment or production and operation of project units. The amount of subsidy funds for industrial development projects shall not exceed 20% of the total recognized effective fixed assets investment, the amount of subsidy funds for manufacturing public service platform projects shall not exceed 30% of the total recognized effective fixed assets investment, and the amount of support for a single project shall not exceed 500,000 yuan. The number and amount of supported projects are determined according to the annual capital budget scale and special audit results. A one-time incentive fund of 654.38+10,000 yuan will be given to newly-built industrial enterprises and regulated industrial enterprises, which can be enjoyed together with other financial support. A one-time award of 50,000 yuan will be given to the provincial and municipal industrial design centers, industrial design service platforms, transformation of industrial design achievements, well-known industrial design institutions and industrial design master studios that have been successfully declared and recognized this year.
