In August 2003, Xincheng Beijing Branch officially opened, becoming the first Sino-foreign joint venture life insurance company in Beijing. In September 2004, Xincheng Suzhou Branch officially opened, becoming the first Sino-foreign joint venture life insurance company in Jiangsu Province. In March, 2005, China Insurance Regulatory Commission approved Prudential Life Insurance to build in Wuhan. In May, 2005, Xincheng Life Insurance Shanghai Branch was officially opened for business with the approval of China Insurance Regulatory Commission. From March to June, 2005, the marketing service departments of Foshan, Dongguan, Zhongshan and Shenzhen of Xincheng Life Insurance officially opened. In July 2005, Xincheng Life Insurance Nanjing Branch held a grand opening ceremony. From June 5438 to February 2005, Wuhan Branch of Xincheng Life Insurance was officially opened with the approval of China Insurance Regulatory Commission. In 2006, Jinan, Wuxi, Jiangmen and Changzhou branches will open soon. Since its establishment more than five years ago, it has actively explored the market, and the brand awareness and reputation of Xincheng have been rapidly improved, and its market share has been expanding. By the end of 2005, the accumulated paid-in premium of Xincheng reached 2.404 billion yuan.
