Requirements for Britain to Become a Listed Company

London Stock Exchange has a long history, trading the largest variety of securities, and a large number of securities investment funds are concentrated in London. Starting from 1997, * * has six mainland companies in China.

The listing requirements of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) are relatively strict, and the basic conditions are as follows:

(1) Generally, a company must have a business record of three years, and shall submit the total audited accounts for the last three years;

(2) The management of the company should be able to show the responsibility for its business records;

(3) The financial report submitted by the company should generally be prepared in accordance with the current international or Anglo-American accounting auditing standards, and be independently audited in accordance with the above standards;

(4) The registered capital of the company on domestic exchanges should exceed 700,000 pounds, and at least 25% of the shares are held by the public. The total share capital for international issuance through the London Stock Exchange generally requires no less than 25 million pounds.
