Two state-owned aircraft manufacturers in China

First, there are mainly two groups, AVIC I and AVIC II under the leadership of the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense.

In the commercial field, the two groups mainly produce some parts of aircraft for Boeing and Airbus, and neither of them has the ability to independently develop and produce commercial large aircraft.

AVIC I group: Shenyang (Shenyang), Chengdu (Chengdu), West (Anhui) and Shanghai (Shanghai);

AVIC II group: Harbin (Erbin) flying, Shaanxi flying (Hanzhong, Shaanxi), Nanfei (Changzhou) flying and Guiyang flying;

2. At present, the only large aircraft manufacturer in China: China Commercial Aircraft Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Commercial Aircraft)

In May 2008, with the approval of the State Council, the company was established in Shanghai International Conference Center, which marked the official start of independent research and development of large passenger aircraft in China. China Commercial Aircraft (COMAC), established with a capital contribution of 654.38+0.9 billion yuan by seven major shareholders, will adopt the globally accepted "main manufacturer-supplier" model, utilize domestic and foreign resources to promote the R&D and production of large aircraft, and at the same time have the manufacturing capacity of trunk and regional aircraft. Seven major shareholders:

1, the State Council SASAC;

2. Guo Sheng (Group) Co., Ltd.;

3. China Aviation Industry First Group Corporation;

4. China Aviation Industry Second Group Corporation;

5. China Aluminum Company;

6. Baosteel Group Co., Ltd;

7. China Sinochem Corporation.

Among them, SASAC, as the largest shareholder, contributed 6 billion yuan in cash, Shanghai Guo Sheng, as the second largest shareholder, contributed 5 billion yuan in cash, China No.1 Airlines and its assets contributed 4 billion yuan in cash, and AVIC II, Chinalco, Baosteel and Sinochem respectively contributed 6,543.80 billion yuan in cash.

It is worth noting that China Comac's Comac Factory, AVIC Comac and other enterprises are the first production and sales enterprises of ARJ2 1 new regional aircraft with independent intellectual property rights in China, which means that Comac China will have both R&D and production capacity of regional and trunk aircraft.

Third, the five major domestic aircraft manufacturers "share the soup"

Hafei Group and Shaanxi Aircraft Group under AVIC II, together with Xifei Group, Shen Fei Group and Cheng Fei Group under China No.1 Airlines, have become the top five manufacturers of "big aircraft". Provide parts manufacturing for China large aircraft.
