I graduated from electric power major, and several students went to a construction project to give feedback. The treatment is not bad (of course, it can't be compared with the power company), and all five insurances and one gold have been paid.
The biggest drawback is hard. If you want to work outside, you may have to build a substation in the field for months or even years.
Generally speaking, the construction is good, but the workload is large, so it is better to consider it carefully.
