Mr. Yu Guiting: Born in China, 1949, with a college degree, a senior economist, a national model worker, a winner of the May 1st Labor Medal, and an "outstanding entrepreneur" in Hebei Province. He has served as workshop director and chief of political engineering department of Cangzhou Electronic Equipment Factory, deputy director of Cangzhou Second Light Industry Bureau, deputy director and party branch secretary of Cangzhou Dongfeng Plastic Factory, chairman of Cangzhou SME Credit Guarantee Co., Ltd., director of Cangzhou Donghong Packaging Materials Co., Ltd., and is currently a director of our company, chairman of Hebei Cangzhou Sudong Group Co., Ltd. and chairman of Cangzhou Sudong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
