Administration and dosage by oral administration. Common dosage for adults: bronchial infection and pulmonary infection: 0.3g once, twice a day, with a course of 7 ~ 14 days. Acute simple lower urinary tract infection: 0.2g once, twice a day, 5-7 days as a course of treatment; Complex urinary tract infection: 0.2g once, twice a day, and the course of treatment is 10 ~ 14 days. Prostatitis: 0.3g once, twice a day for 6 weeks; Chlamydia cervicitis or urethritis, once 0.3g, twice a day, with a course of 7 ~ 14 days. Simple gonorrhea: 0.4g once, single dose. Typhoid fever: 0.3g once, twice a day, and the course of treatment is 10 ~ 14 days. The dose of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection or severe infection can be increased to 0.4g once, twice a day.
Gastrointestinal reaction: abdominal discomfort or pain, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting. Central nervous system reactions may include dizziness, headache, drowsiness or insomnia. Allergic reactions: rash, itchy skin, occasional exudative erythema multiforme and angioneurotic edema. Photosensitive reaction is rare. Occasionally: seizures, mental disorders, irritability, confusion, hallucinations, tremors. Hematuria, fever, rash and other interstitial nephritis manifestations. Phlebitis. Crystalline urine, more common in high-dose applications. Joint pain. A few patients may have elevated serum transaminase, elevated blood urea nitrogen and decreased peripheral white blood cells, which are mostly mild and transient.
