Who is Zhang? Vice President of Fosun Pharma

Zhang: Male, born in 1969 1 1, joined the Group in February 2005 (he worked in the Group from June 20001to February 2002) and is now the vice president of the Company. Before joining the Group, Mr. Zhang was a lecturer at Shanghai Medical University and conducted postdoctoral research at Boston University. Mr. Zhang used to be the director of business development of Shanghai Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., the director, deputy general manager, executive deputy general manager and general manager of Shanghai Fosun Medical Technology Co., Ltd., and the general manager of the medical diagnosis division of our company. Mr. Zhang served as the assistant to the president of the company from 20 16 to 20 19. Mr. Zhang received a bachelor's degree in medicine from Shanghai Medical University on July, 2000, a master's degree in medicine from Shanghai Medical University on June, 2000 and a doctor's degree from Shanghai Medical University on July, 2000.
