The franchise system implemented by the state for taxi companies refers to the privilege granted by the authority to individuals or legal persons. In China, franchising refers to the franchisor's right to use registered trademarks, corporate logos, patents, proprietary technologies and other business resources.
The operating agreement on the right to operate taxi vehicles shall include the following contents:
(a) the number of taxi vehicles, the way of use and the term of the right to operate; ?
(two) taxi operating service standards; ?
(three) the change, termination and continuation of the right to operate taxi vehicles; ?
(4) Performance guarantee; ?
(5) Liability for breach of contract; ?
(6) dispute settlement methods; ?
(seven) other matters that both parties think should be agreed.
Extended Information The Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China has the following provisions on the business license of taxi companies in the Regulations on the Management of Taxi Business Services:
Twentieth road transport management institutions at or above the county level shall, according to the taxi development plan, develop diversified and differentiated taxi business services. ?
Booking a taxi license shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of this chapter, and the color and logo of the reserved taxi body shall be indicated on the taxi business administrative license decision, road transport business license and road transport certificate.
Twenty-first taxi operators should provide passengers with safe, convenient and comfortable taxi services. Encourage taxi operators to use energy-saving and environment-friendly vehicles and barrier-free vehicles that provide services for the disabled. ?
Twenty-second taxi operators shall abide by the following provisions:
(a) engaged in business activities in the licensed business area, beyond the licensed business area, one end of the starting point should be in the licensed business area; ?
(two) to ensure the good performance of operating vehicles; ?
(three) to carry out business services in accordance with relevant national standards; ?
(four) to protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees and sign labor contracts or business contracts with them according to law; ?
