Classification of economic losses:
Extraordinary economic loss: the economic loss is more than 6,543,800 yuan (including 6,543,800 yuan);
Significant economic losses: the economic losses are more than 654.38+10,000 yuan (including 654.38+10,000 yuan) but less than 1 10,000 yuan;
Large economic losses: accidents with economic losses greater than 1 ten thousand yuan (including 1 ten thousand yuan) but less than 1 ten thousand yuan;
General economic loss: accidents with economic loss less than 1 1,000 yuan.
Legal basis: Article 91 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). Where an employing unit infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of a laborer in any of the following circumstances, the labor administrative department shall order it to pay wages and economic compensation to the laborer, and may also order it to pay compensation: (1) Deducting or delaying the wages of the laborer without reason; (2) Refusing to pay overtime wages to laborers; (3) Paying workers' wages below the local minimum wage standard; (4) Failing to give economic compensation to the laborer in accordance with the provisions of this Law after the termination of the labor contract.
