The foundation shall have supervisors. Regarding supervisors, there are the following provisions: (1) The term of office of supervisors is the same as that of directors.
(2) Directors of the foundation, their close relatives and accountants shall not concurrently serve as supervisors.
(3) The supervisor shall not receive remuneration from the foundation.
(4) Supervisors and their close relatives shall not engage in any transactions with their foundations.
The supervisor's duties are:
(1) Check the financial and accounting information of the Foundation in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Articles of Association, and supervise the compliance of the Council with laws and articles of association.
(2) Attend board meetings as nonvoting delegates and have the right to raise questions and suggestions to the board.
(3) report the situation to the registration authority, the competent business unit and the competent tax and accounting departments.
