At present, there are about 660 employees, including technical personnel with college degree or above 15%. The company is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Longsheng Group; With the continuous adjustment of the dye business of the group company, Jinguan Company has gradually become the main production base of high-grade disperse dye filter cakes in Longsheng Group. In 2009, the company's output value reached 835 million yuan and its sales income reached 829 million yuan.
The company adheres to the main idea of "safety, environmental protection, energy saving, integration, promotion and development", develops circular economy, takes the road of resource-saving development and builds an "integrated" industrial park. Through measures such as resource recycling and cascade utilization of energy and water, the company realizes the optimal allocation of resources, saves land, gives full play to the overall synergy advantages of various devices, builds a circular economy product chain, improves investment and operation efficiency, and seeks economy to the maximum extent.
The company attaches great importance to safety education and safety investment. Establish a long-term mechanism for safety education and training, increase the intensity of safety education and training for employees, improve the quality of employees, and strictly require personnel in special positions to hold certificates, with a certificate rate of 100%. The industrial wastewater generated by dye production and other devices was treated by combining biological and chemical treatment processes, and the treated wastewater reached the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978,2065,438+00). In 2007, the first phase of reclaimed water treatment and reuse project was implemented, and the water after biochemical treatment was further treated, so that part of the biochemical treatment drainage water could be reused after advanced treatment. The company has always attached importance to waste gas treatment.
