NXP Semiconductors is a Dutch company, formerly known as Philips' semiconductor business department. In 2006, it was separated into an independent company and listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange on August 20 10. Anshi Semiconductor was originally the standard product department of NXP Group. In 20 17, it became independent from NXP Group and was acquired by Wen Tai Science and Technology.
