Gradually, this brand, which had been popular for a while, began to withdraw from the fashion circle.
In recent years, MCM has returned to people's sight because of its acquisition of South Korean company Sungjoo Group. After the acquisition in 2005, MCM changed its name to Modern Creation München, which means style, creativity and Munich. Michael Michaelskiy, the creative director of Adidas, was also invited to redesign, but in fact, it was Korean film and television marketing that finally brought the MCM craze back.
